Canada Blooms
It's here, it's here! It has been a hectic month trying to put together our floral design display for Canada Blooms but I must say it is looking fabulous and the hard work was definitely worth while. We are still selling tickets at the advance ticket price of $16.00 and we have plenty left. A couple of sweetpeas will be helping out at the Nincompoop booth so be sure to come say hi! We look forward to seeing you and hope you enjoy our floral design display. Keep an eye out for pictures in an upcoming blog post.

Floral Friday
Yay it's Floral Friday! It's been a rainy couple of days but that didn't stop us from picking up some fabulous flowers for the weekend. In my opinion rainy days are the perfect time to get a little pick me up bouquet especially when we are all impatiently awaiting spring. Here is a taste of what we have in this weekend and we look forward to seeing you! If you have any questions or would like to place an order feel free to call us at (416)537-3700.

Floral Friday
Every Friday we will be posting the new and exciting flowers that have come in fresh from market for the weekend. This is a project I am looking forward to because it's quite fun to take pictures of all of our little flower friends. It will also be helpful if you are looking to place an order because it will hopefully inspire you with creating a colour palette for your order or simply give you an idea of what might be in your bouquet/arrangement. So here is to one of many Floral Fridays to come and I hope you enjoy this taste of our selection.

Palm Weaver
I stepped into the shop the other day and stopped dead in my tracks to stare at the woven Palm Leaves that Molly made. I stood there so long I completely forgot to disarm the alarm which abruptly ended my haze.
Now you can understand why this series of events occurred... AREN'T THEY FABULOUS? After being a floral designer for quite some time it gets to a point where mechanically stunning pieces really get me excited. I was told that Molly had previously done a wedding where she had to weave approximately fifty of these unbelievable leaves. We are so fortunate that she made some up for the store and if you are looking for one to accent a tall vase in a hallway they would look simply gorgeous on their own and would last you weeks! They retail for $15 dollars a piece and are about four and a half feet tall, a true masterpiece.
